It is both a teaser &#8211; <i>Meltdown<\/i> is apparently going to be about, well, meltdowns, and these songs certainly presage that development &#8211;  and a breather &#8211; these tunes are tremendous, but have a different kind of energy than, say, <i>Tough Love<\/i>.
