So I may not have recognized very many of the songs on Saturday, but I can tell you this: her voice has only grown more beautiful with time. And while she&#8217;s not as angry as she used to be, she has lost absolutely none of the raw power that made (makes) her great.<\/p>\n<p>On this particular tour, which is in support of her new record <em>Night of the Hunters<\/em>, she&#8217;s expanded her stage show to include the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.apollon-musagete.com\/\">Apollon Musag\u00c3\u00a8te<\/a> string quartet, and the overall effect is really, really lovely. The <a href=\"http:\/\/toriamos.com\/tours\/2011.html\">tour<\/a> is still going; she&#8217;s in Toronto tomorrow (12\/8) and will be swinging westward from there. It is my favorite color (red and sparkly!) and, though you can&#8217;t see it here, came with a bubble-y cape-like thing on the back. It was dramatic and beautiful and perfect.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"IMG_3169 by rufusowliebat, on Flickr\" href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/rufusowliebat\/6455337445\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/farm8.staticflickr.com\/7155\/6455337445_455fa75b4c_z.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_3169\" width=\"480\" height=\"640\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>And finally a few of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.myspace.com\/tdybdahl\">Thomas Dybdahl,<\/a> the singer\/songwriter from Norway who opened the show.
